@Bernard.Sg, thanks. But my phobia have a reason my grandma and relatives have diabetes. I suffering when they suffering 😔. I afraid when I see my probable future. I tracking myself now for healthy future and be alive and healthy for helping my grandma and my family 🙏🏼.
