I normally take three tbs of vinegar each day and find that it helps my blood glucose readings.

Most people's bodies are far to acidic which isn't good. Our bodies need to be more alkaline. Lemon Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar in your water help your body become more alkaline. Sounds like you are on the right track.
Just remember...mind over matter. You can do this. Make small goals...like every 10 lbs you lose you do something nice for yourself. You can do this!

My doctor said that lemon juice is a natural diuretic. She recomended it to help reduce extra water weight.
My grandpa swears by the apple cider vinegar. He's 82...
I've recently heard about acid/alaline and our bodies that Glacier Girl is talking about. My dad was telling me about it this past weekend. He and my step-mom are currently using and selling the yoli diet products. My dad has lost 25 pounds and my step-mom has lost 40. My aunt went on it and lost 7 pounds in the first week. Pretty impressive.

As the LOLcats say, "yer doin it rite!" :) Drinking plenty of water is so important, especially when losing weight. I confess it's something I have a very hard time doing -- I'm a coffee gal! For a while I was managing to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning, then I fell off the wagon, so to speak. You inspire me to try again!
