Anyone want to do a push-up challenge against yourselves to see how many you can progress to by the end of the year? I've never been a fan and my shoulder has been jacked up most of the last couple years. But I like to mix it up.

No shame on how many you start at, I'll prob max out around 20-30. I'll start day one later when I don't have a baby in my arms 💪🏻

Is this until the end of 2018 or all of 2019? See I have this thing about commitment.... commitment to exercise that is 🤪. Two ‘girl’ pushups had me hurting when I started dieting. I’ve played with them a little, doing a few here and there every few weeks and now can do 10 before my arms feel like giving out and maybe 5-6 ‘male’ pushups. I could probably work up to 15-20 by end of 2018 haha. But competition usually motivates me so maybe 😉

Haha with implants (cancer reconstruction) I can’t get clear to the floor so I have that advantage I guess! Another good thing about cancer and reconstruction (gotta look at the bright side always just like a 0.2 loss is still a loss and not a gain 😉).

If you click on your name I think you can post. I haven't yet, m also new to this. And I'm not sure why it says it starts at the end of the day prob cause most challenges are weight related?

Damn Keith! That’s impressive!! Cb... me too! Something about my chest touching the ground makes me stop dead. Maybe because it messing up the momentum? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also it only gives the option to check in once every week since it's over 2 week challenge. So might just have to make a post and edit it? I dunno it's a learning experience..
