My weight is now back to where I was pre holiday. With the my additional exercise regime I have started I was running out of energy and feeling very hungry on only 1600 cals a day. So I am now being flexible on myself regarding eating as long as I have a av daily deficit of 1000 cals I feel in control of my diet.
