I hit another milestone! I lost my first twenty lbs.! I'm so grateful to have found this app. I pray that I begin to use it more consistently (challenges moreso than journaling). I know that I can reach such high heights if i stay committed. I appreciate the support from other users so much. It's so encouraging. I've even invited friends to get on board and they are seeing results quickly too. Keep up the great work everyone!
