Hi everyone hope this post finds u well , am doing ok woke up with bronchitis started antibiotics my Asthma is making it all the more difficult getting on with life mum suffered another set back so to much to my relief today she is on the mend did a lot of spring cleaning today but it’s the tip of the iceberg lots to do
Weight is coming off slowly … am a proper 16 now from a size (22) in March second goal is 70 kgs will see good luck with your weight loss journey keep it fun sending u all much love

Thank you Caiosha my asthma is hindering my ability to get things done taking it easy on cortisone for my asthma so feeling very hungry not good for weight loss antibiotics make me hungry am the opposite of the human race I eat more when I fall ill 🫣 nobody I know is like that but will loose the gain if any thank you for your support everyone xx

Sorry to hear your feeling unwell but a massive congratulations on dropping from a size 22 to 16 ( it's bloody hard work , I've been there) . Obviously having asthma u will have to watch what exercise your doing too . Good luck , I'm sure u will get to your target weight . Hope u feel better soon xx
