Hello everyone … finally life is being kinder
Diet wise today no fasting felt hungry so I ate just listen to my body seems to work so far slow & steady mum knees are painful due to age but accepting it for her is a mother matter so will take her for an xray tomorrow that out of the way …. I can concentrate on me I have a lot I need to sort out mentally am better but therapy is vital waiting for that
My partner is so amazing never far I guess am blessed hoping to start planning for our get together can’t wait …. Was hoping to travel to Lebanon ( family home ) miss friends community I am not afraid of war but my mother is so will see need some pampering & being surrounded by positive like-minded people would make a great change a boost to the morale and rejuvenate the soul and body of course so fingers crossed things settle down & can go …. Feeling love blessed & peaceful sending u all much love ♥️♥️

Thanks Karim I just booked the trip via Turkey stop for a week then to Lebanon ( I can’t wait ) as for weight loss it’s rather slow but I’ve found it’s the best way …
