Hi everyone hope this post finds u well today food wise calorific and not what I want to consume but am in too much pain to cook anything …. I weighed myself last week 82kg) was extremely upset with myself so I looked into the blood type diet …. Followed the recommendation and managed to loose 2kgs in just over a week so far this is working for me ….sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️
