Hi everyone early bird just had my first mini meal 17 hour fast made molokiya today made with chicken broth chicken garlic & coriander with rice stole 2 chicken wings just now 4 black olives and 20g of flat bread
Dinner will be around 7pm am super excited think my personal issues will come to an end & a new chapter of my life ready for a fresh start …I feel optimistic hunger is more frequent help sending u all much love ❤️❤️
76,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

That’s brilliant well done I’ve been trying to fast this week, been doing 18/19 hours, isn’t not too bad. Hopefully you get your fresh start soon xx
