Hope everyone here is keeping well concentrating on weight loss & keeping healthy very nice drop this morning mostly water am sure but am doing it the right way Fasting 18 hours and staying within 1000 cal walking around 20 mins I’ve realised I can’t follow any restrictive diet don’t have the will power lol so eating what I love but small portions this is sustainable stressful time dealing with issues to do with family … Self love is needed so one can move forward thank you everyone for helping me, there through thick and thin ❤️❤️❤️sending u much love ❤️❤️❤️
