It has been a long time since my last entry. I have been through pregnancy and gave birth 3 weeks ago. I think it's safe to say, not really worth worrying too much about dieting during such a time. But, now that I'm almost recovered, it's time to get back on track. Put on a fair bit and it was fun not having to worry about food intake for a while. But, keen to work towards my body goals again.
