Hi everyone this my second journal Entry for Today same sort of day … mum is unwell expected … so I helped her with our late lunch ordered some lamb chops small portion with rice and potato Sauce ) vegetarian am feeling hungry 19 hour fast ( not out of choice) but looking forward to the meal ( some relief ) mum & I alone tonight 😊 really looking forward cheat meal yay 😊😊😊😊
