I am all over the place with my eating this week. I am guessing the gain was water or hormones. This premenopause thing is kicking my butt. Yikes I hope life settles down soon.
87,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

Gain? You lost 3 lbs. Heads up on the number of calories you eat daily. Eating only 700-900 calories a day will not guarantee a loss and can be counter productive.

lol Last week I had gained a couple pounds, this week I lost that and a bit more. Eating enough is always an issue for me and the big reason my weight loss stalls all the time. I am a dairy free vegetarian who stinks at getting enough protein. It's funny I can tell anyone else what the right way to eat is but I can't seem to do it myself. My doctor has me trying bits of chicken and fish but I just don't like it. Some day I will find my happy medium.....

Hopefully you are eating legumes and grains and paying attention to complementary proteins. If you do you should be getting plenty of protein.
