Slight tear in meniscus. Been waiting 2 weeks for initial visit to see ortho-been out of work since. Bloodwork results -chloesterol is high- 222. Going to try to lower it w/o meds- not a fan of them.
Very stressed recently-minor family affairs. House in disarray w/ moving adult children home. Any excuse is an excuse to binge,right? NOT! Wish i could be that person that can't eat when they're stressing-lol.
Lets see how this week goes. I'm optimistic :) Hope everyone has a blessed week :)
