43yr old mom of 3 (10yr old twins and an 8yr old. Binge/stress eater.need to lose 100 lbs so i can enjoy and participate in activities w/my kids before it is too late!!
Fast forward 7 years- 50 yr old mom who just recently had Gastric Sleeve surgery in Dec 2014. Best thing I ever did! Wish I would have done it sooner. Anyway...... Definitely not a magic wand. I still have a way to go on my journey, but this was the kick in the butt I needed. I still struggle w/ food addictions and stress, but it is more controlled now.
I have a great support system at home as well as here on FS.
