Hi everyone …. Hope ur keeping well am struggling again migraine attack for the last few days binge eating again 😱😱 really bad I don’t want to sink in the same quick sand again …, All I’ve ever wanted was the basics but I’ve never got them so that’s it starting over tomorrow back to clean eating …. Planning for my break with great joy looking forward to it whenever it happens …. As long as it does happen so I can be United with the core of my soul again …. I can detach myself from people who hurt or try to squash me … so I’ve held it together & planing phase 2 am done …. Start living for me being with like minded people or on my own at least am free to enjoy a simple life …. To be just me … all the bad eating habits come from lack of control …. This is what I am taking back control of my life no matter what my life …pls forgive me for my rantings ur the only for of support I’ve been blessed with love u peeps 🤗🤗♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Jamie thank you for believing in me I’ve planned phase two a couple of months & will Come into action …, sometime standing our ground being firm is what is needed to stay well balanced & happy did food shopping tomorrow I turn the page new start new begging. Struggling today lack of sleep & so much going on …. My only sense of calm or peace comes when I get to speak with my bestie he lights my fire keeping the spark burning bright we keep each other on steady ground ….. 😊 so feeling totally blessed may he stand. Strong tall May God Grant him all his heart desires … all I can offer is emotional support & prayer 🙏🙏 until one day I can do more …
