Hi everyone quick question has anyone tried liquid diet ( none of that for me) it’s for a friend of mine she is invited to a wedding in 10 days she wants to fit into her a dress so any suggestions are welcome for rapid weight loss thanks my darlings xxx

Nadia my personal opinion is that is not a good idea a balanced diet is the way forward we need our nutrition and vitamins people have told me CICO

I agree with you completely but she doesn’t want to diet or follow a healthy life style Miss S wants to fit into her old dress for a wedding very silly if you ask me but the world is filled with immature silly people am sure u would agree thanks sweetheart you always come to the rescue ♥️♥️
Try Try I know but she doesn’t want to follow my lead very child like personality looking for a quick fix so she doesn’t have to buy a new dress …. For the occasion …. Thank you for all your comments offering a lot of support which is always welcome xxx

Tell her the dress MUST HAVE SHRUNK and she’ll have to wear something that fits. Are you going to the wedding with her? If not, I think you can forget all about it!

Chestnut …, yup she is a bit off trying to slowly but gently distance myself it’s so difficult to survive when surrounded by people u don’t see eye to eye but everyone here has made up for what one lacks else where xxx
