Hello everyone
Today has been a bad food day .... forgot to wear my watch .. left it at the hotel
Had some toast & cheese late breakfast
Lunch dinner in one
So that's kind of ok I can't think all I want is Halawa & nuts it's an addiction of mine & can't have it yet .... am blinded by my desire for Halawa .... yummy
74,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

What is Halawa? Never heard of it.

Made from Tahini which is sesame paste tons of sugar and mixed nuts unfortunately am a sugar junky due to none diabetic Hypoglycaemia But am trying hard to kick the habit
