Ended up Skipping working out on Friday, so I shifted it by one day and did Legs/Back on Saturday and Kenpo X on Sunday. That and overeating during the Superbowl made me feel nauseous during this mornings workout. Damn near didn't do it, but don't want to fall behind again. That is motivation enough for me I suppose. That and my alarm going off a couple times.
Brownies were my downfall during the Superbowl. That and a snickerdoodle..lol
Thinking about reducing/removing my intake of Diet Coke and the like. At least for the duration of this P90X Round. I've gone quite a while in the past, and after the first few days of falling asleep by 8-9p, it is not so bad. Might not even have the fatigue this time due to increased physical activity. But add in getting up early, it might just even out. We'll see I guess..lol
