My scale is playing games with me, or I'm building muscle which is not really possible as I did not exercise this week. Regardless, I am proud of myself trying to make the right choices. Was in the Spar today, and all I saw were cakes, sweets, tarts etc. I was stupid enough to go to the shops without eating before, so everything was screaming at me, haha. I opted for a small packet of biltong and a carrot and ginger juice instead. It was a hard choice, but I DID it. Yay me! 😁
