mysize10's Logboek, 22 feb 20

I'm only weighing in once per month. I'm leaning out and building muscles which is not showing up on the scale as of yet. I'm hoping on March 1st, that the weight starts back falling off, however, as long as I can comfortbly wear my clothing I'm good! Besides, I gave all of my larger size clothing away.:) I love the way I feel and look. Watching this mature body tone up and slim down is exciting and I can't beat how healthy I feel! Be well.

I know what you mean. I have muscles. It is pretty weird. But I like it. Sounds like you are doing very well!!!!

I tend to be scale obsessed so I try to only weigh once a week. There are so many variables to weight that it discourages me so better to do less often. I agree with you, it's about how things fit..💜💜

I think this may be what’s going on with my weight as well. I was really thinking of doing a once week weigh in, but I’m scale obsessed too ugh.
