Yesterday another bad food day. I stopped and got an apple fritter on my way home from the gym and they have me a free sample of a regular KK glaze straight out of the oven. of course I ate it. I skipped my bacon. And I went to spin. can't out spin a bad diet though.

Today is a new day and I am going to make it count. Food is prepped and I'm back to work.

Glute machine (2leg): 110#
Lateral arm raise machine: 25#
Oblique ab pull overs: 2.5#
Soulder press machine: 10#
54,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
