Reeeaaallllyyy slow loss this week, but I'm not too concerned. Just going to keep doing what I'm doing! Weight lifting is starting to have some noticeable results on my arms, very exciting!
87,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 27,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 15,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

A loss is a loss! :) What's more important is you're seeing the results of all your hard work, and that to me, is a lot better than the number on the scale! :)

You're doing great! Slowly losing is better than slowly gaining :) What is your strength training regiment? if you don't mind sharing

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm just starting with some very elementary dumbbell training, following the workouts in "Smart Girls Do Dumbbells." A great read!
