So first day back at the gym was successful. woke up this morning and I could tell my back/arms did a little work and my booty is sore! I was worried the light weight was ineffective, but apparently sitting still for 2 months can really say your strength. can't wait to see what today's session brings! Update to follow.
54,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
