Where have I been? No one was having fun, believe me! On Saturday, November 18, I finished my novel after a flurry of writing. I decided to wait before uploading it, because I needed to rest. Within hours, the pain became unbearable, and I stayed in the bathroom until the paramedics came. The hospital plans to release me to Hospice by Monday.
While here, I've done my best to keep my diet clean, but some of the nurses want to argue with me about whether fruit has sugar in it. A few times, the pain was unbearable, and look! Someone had found a way to put a sugar-containing substance into my food or meds! My bg has been normal, so most do not believe that I ever had diabetes. Sugar feeds cancer, hence the pain.
Until my release, I have someone sneaking Kerrygold and sea salt into my room for me. The kitchen automatically puts everyone on a low fat diet, and lack of fats constipated me, causing more pain. My skin is starting to hang in drapes. At home, I may turn to fasting to tighten my skin and control the pain. Also, cancer dies during a fast.
