Happy Birthday to me! I just turned 49. Feeling pretty good today. Hopefully I can stick to my diet today. My husband and I are going out to dinner tonight to Red Lobster. Lobster is my fave. I think I'll sample a little of all the seafood. At least it's low carb. It's what goes with it that adds the carbs, like those cheesy biscuits they have, YUM! I'll try my hardest to stay away from them. I'm glad to see the scale move down instead of up. Especially today. YEE HA!

Happy Birthday enjoy your lobster. Its my fav too. Skip the biscuit. It hard cuz they are so good but you can do it.

Happy, happy birthday! I love Red Lobster!! I know all those east coast people are rolling their eyes, but for a midwesterner like me, that's as good as it gets!!! And you know, those biscuits are really not all that great when you realize you can have all the butter you want on your lobster!!! Have fun!

Make sure to ask for double veggies on the side instead of potatoes. I love lobster, but crab is my favorite. Enjoy dinner out, and Happy Birthday!
