I'm happy to finally be losing some more weight.. i cheated too..two days last week.. guess i made up for it.. I'm pretty content with the way things are going.. I cant help but to cheat sometimes cause i dont feel so deprived... I cant wait till i get under the 200 mark.. now thats gonna be exciting..

Cheating just a weee bit after you have been on this diet isn't so bad...especially if you get right back on it. It actually helps when you are stuck.
