@Gsteven I praise and Thank JESUS for everything. HE is my healer and gives me strength. I am nothing without HIM.
We don't all become obese because we eat sandwiches, (and Fyi I don't eat sandwiches) for some of us its health issues from thyroid to menopause and the list goes on. I'm eating a lot more now than I was when the weight kept climbing, just different type foods. I'm grateful changing the things I'm eating is making a difference but I give GOD ALL THE GLORY for helping me stay focused and not give in to temptations.
