Weighed this morning...back down to my low from January. Wow. That took a bit. But...life has been happening. Anyway...yipee!! :-)

Today's food number look good, except...not enough fiber a.k.a. veggies. The carbs, fat and protein are about the same and since I worked out at Swing, that is fine. The sodium is up again...but I've noticed, when I scan in foods by their UPC because it's so convenient...I get generic info and usually wrong from what I am eating. Why? Every brand/product has it's own unique UPC. So I think the sodium is wrong.

So, work, work, work. Got home at 10 p.m. last night, got to bed right at 11, didn't fall asleep till 12, woke up at 12:30 cause of a car alarm, fell back asleep 10 minutes later, got up at 5:15. That is NOT enough sleep. But I felt good today. Wasn't worn out and tired. I think cause of the low/lack of gluten in my foods. I'm sure some of it is still seeping in, but I feel so much better overall. Hitting the bed in a few cause gonna work both tomorrow and on 9 hours shifts at job 1. So will be long day tomorrow. Friday too cause I have a doc appt. So gotta get to work early so I can leave and come back and still work OT. And possibly work OT Saturday. Yeah, I'm crunching some numbers this weekend to see if I can go ahead and stop job 2. I am wearing myself out. Not cool!

Food documentation a bit uncomplete for yesterday. Breakfast and lunch are fine, snacks and dinner....maybe I can fill in today. Had a bag of peanuts from the vending machine for a snack at job 1 (worked 11 hrs yesterday) then had some organic corn chips with pimento dip for 'dinner'. Not a lot, just enough to have something in my stomach so I wouldn't get hungry while lying in bed to go to sleep a couple hours later.

Gonna have to take it easy on the chocolate, oat breakfast thing, I can feel my fact trying to break out...dang it! Will have a protein shake with fruit and some greek yogurt this morning. Same lunch I guess and some leftover italian salad I made (oh that olive oil was great BTW!) and that last burger w/o bun for dinner at job 2 tonight. Will make my cheesy gluten free lasagna tonight so I can have lunch the rest of the week.

When I got home last night, my legs and shoulders were so sore. From Sunday workout I presume and sitting at a desk so long. I did some 'rolling'...
myofascial release...and felt so much better. Kitty supervised...his ears are stickin up in pic.

Had that oatmeal, chocolate, peanut butter, crepe thing this morning. Yummy! Busted my butt cleaning gym cause got there late, did workout, came home cleaned for company, showered, grilled out...in the rain...did laundry and now ready for bed. Gonna finish my trashy novel I started yesterday.

Couple of pics front they gym today. Mah peeps! This one is of her cleaning a 106 lb bell!! She is the 2nd woman there to do this.
Go girl! This is a few of them working their way up from a green bell (53 lb) to the gold (106) doing one clean on each side. One day, I will do this.

Grill out was pretty good, though I wasn't prepared cause I blew Saturday off and read my trashy novel after working, grocery and hitting the library. But food was good! Had grass-fed burgers on GF buns, grilled corn and sweet potato, baked bean, salad w/homemade italian dressing, and pineapple grilled with honey and cinnamon. Freaking yum! I have leftovers to eat on for a couple of days. Oh, and it was International Beer Day today! Got my 9% La Fin Du Monde on. Felt nice to chill.

Woke up at 4 a.m. and worked 5:30-11:15. OMG...soooo tired! Gonna take a nap then get up to clean my house for company tomorrow. Not even gonna try to track food today. For breakfast, had a serving of the gluten free granola I've been munching on this week then about 2 cups of strawberries. Ate lunch from Whole Foods hot bar...indian cuisine...yummy! Having the rest of my crappy store bought pizza now, then it's nap time. Bad idea to eat before sleeping, but too late now.

For the week I got, salad stuff again (gonna make italian dressing with my new olive oil!), stuff to make a cheese lasagna (brown rice lasagna pasta, ricotta, marinara) cottage cheese and whatever with it for breakfasts and I have those potstickers in the freezer I can make too. Got some rice noodles and gluten free pad-thai sauce also.

Grill out tomorrow, grass-fed ground beef burgers on GF buns, organic burger fixin's, organic sweet potatoes and corn to grill, and some organic and gluten free corn chips and rice crackers to dip in cheesy stuff. Will do strawberry/banana 'ice cream' by pulverizing some frozen fruit-still have frozen yogurt too. Oh! And some beer for International Beer Day!! :-D Not GF though. Bought some once and it had corn syrup in it. I was so mad!! Will have to do some research on the ingredients of these GF beers.

Still not an ideal meal plan, but I'm getting there in learning how to put stuff together that is GF and that I will eat and not to involved to make. It's all a journey, right?
