Okay we did 4 days straight at the gym...however day care hours do not work for us tomorrow or saturday. So we are hitting the pool for laps on sunday. I am going to try to do my Wii Active tomorrow morning however, I worked legs today and judging by the jell-o jiggly feeling I already have tonight i don't see me getting a work out in tomorrow.

3rd day of the gym...Jason is currently searching for mole skins and walking the house like he is 70. I hurt everywhere, I dread having to pee for fear of the squat! I would love to say running has been fabulous but there is alot more to move than there was in college. I ran 4 laps yesterday and 4 today....would love to brag about it but it takes 18 to make a mile at the gym! Hoping to hit that full mile by the end of the month but may settle for by the end of september. I joked earlier on my fb that I have had a glimpse of our future and foreplay will consist of ben-gay followed by sleep instead of sex...at least if this keeps up! Night to all.

day 2 of the work out...Started with 20 minutes on the treadmill followed by arms (pretty sure they will be useless tomorrow...who needs their massage therapist to actually use her arms anyway...Then hold on I'm gonna really impress you- I ran 4 laps and walked 4 laps (alternating) Impressive right? Okay not really considering it takes 18 laps to complete a mile. But hey it's a start...my goal is to run the entire mile by the end of the month....here's to goals!

Worked out yesterday with Jason, the YMCA in benbrook is amazing. We did 30 on the treadmill and then walked and ran laps on the track. Ummm let's just say there is alot more jiggling in my run. Hopefully all of the extra jiggling counted towards my aerobics...all that fat in motion should have added to the calorie burn! Woke up stiff but not sore. Today we'll do some cardio then some toning. Definitely need to get some toning going.

I started out strong but faltered the closer it got to my birthday. In my mind I was turning 34 and wanted to get all of the bad habits out of my system before the big day! Now with that out of the way and my husband on board I think this will be the year I lose the excess way and turn my normally negative attitude positive.
