Posting for accountability.
Haven't logged my weight in about a month, I'm still sitting between 160-165 lbs which I'm happy with.
Body composition slowly but surely changing for the better. I'm happy with the progress I've been making in the gym, and with my food choices. Although I've been logging my meals consistently for 3 weeks, I can't be bothered with logging fruits and vegetables. They are constant, 2-3 servings of fruit and 4-5 servings of vegetables per day (approx 350 cals worth).
Measuring progress in the mirror primarily, so far so good. Motivating to see more prominent veins surfacing.

Today I learned about a WOE called "breatharian diet".
No food or water. You live off air and light.
Seems legit.

Nothing new to update weight wise, been hovering in the 160-165 lbs for the past month or so. 161 lbs this morning. Body composition slowly changing for the better.
My lifts are increasing weekly so I'll keep an eye on my nutrition and add calories as needed.
I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs yesterday, destroying my ass in the process. Taking a few days off for my tail bone to heal.

Ground chicken/rice/tomato sauce/cheese
655 cal
Extra lean ground chicken still has a lot of fat for what it is; ground beef tastes better imo and better macros.
