Try some mindfulness it has worked wonders for me and you can do it while doing anything.

Thank you t_ann19. I had to look up what Mindfulness is, and find it is related to meditation. I appreciate that you support that idea. I have tried a few times over the last few weeks, and almost got a hang of it the other day.
Are you self-taught or did you attend any courses?
