Body measurements results from 14 Aug 16 to 28 Aug 16: Weight down from 93.8 kg to 89.3 kg = 4.5 kg's. Body fat % down from 20% to 18.6%
Another weekend past and once again I did not take a whole day off, instead I stuck with my strategy to only have one cheat meal, which was my Saturday lunch. Even though it was my cheat meal, i did not go wild and still logged everything I ate and drank.
Feeling good about my results thus far and I'm only 2 weeks in. My Insanity fit test this morning also shows that I'm getting fitter and stronger.
