I've gotta get back on the diet train. This week has been terrible - the week before this one too. I just am having a hard time staying motivated to record everything I eat - to be really disciplined. I have to stay disciplined if I'm going to win this battle with my waistline! I'm not being hard on myself, I'm just being realistic. I must get it back together.
Ok, so starting MONDAY (I'm at my parent's right now - impossible to keep up with what I'm eating here!) I will be on the plan, no exceptions, not breaks. I've had a week's worth of breaks (I ate a LOT of Ice cream on Thursday night :) )
