152.4 from clinic scale today 415pm in normal work clothes, then I weighed at home on scale (which weighs me up/down within minutes!) it showed 150.6. The last week 9/3 10:30am in uniform clothes at clinic it was 153. So I guess I'm going down. Just wish it was more/quicker. BUT I know it is better to lose slow and steady. So I will continue to keep on/keeping on. I need to up my exercise more than just going to work and daily normal activity, but the weather is so hot and I'm tired when I get home and on weekends or days off I just want to do nothing! Plus I need to be more consistent with my water intake. I like water so that should not be a big issue, just when I'm working outside jobs I don't like to drink to much (limited access to bathroom) but again, I should NOT let that be an issue. So this next week I strive to up exercise or at least start some routine EXERCISE & keep my water intake on a daily intake!
