Great news. The neurosurgeon said my back isn't bad. I have herniated discs, but it's not bad. I told him I'm still having a lot of pain, so he's sending me to physical therapy, which I'm fine with. He said I could go back to deadlifting once my back feels better, but just not to max out or do really have like I was. I'm so happy. I'll be getting an mri for my shoulder next month. My right arm is weaker than the left and it hurts worse. I'll be doing OT for my wrist.

I think it may be all from lifting. I'm going to get OT for the wrist starting tomorrow, which is not from lifting. I had tendonitis it for years.
