Glad holidays are over. Good news on a1c .... 7.7 ... not below seven but less than the 10.1 it was. I feel that drinking Braggs mother apple cider vinegar has helped with fat loss and balancing out internal functions. See my Pinterest for Medical malodies and remedies. Keep the Faith and Keep Praying. Push away from food when you are not hungry. If someone is in a rage or anger state it is mostly because they feel sorry for themselves. My thoughts as we go into 2016.
