08/30/2011: For some reason I was going crazy hungry today! I ended up eating 2 daybreak bars to avoid eating a grapefruit. Finally, I gave in...and ate it. I'm sure I'll pay for it later! I knew I should have chucked that grapefruit...it just kept staring and staring at me all week! Plus, my KCALS were really high today. Basically, it was just a bad day for success.
