Yesterday was a terrible day. It's probably because I didn't eat enough during the day that I was starving that night so I had 2 cookies, a PB&J sandwich & a turkey/ham sandwich.... I mean, I was way over my RDI. It was terrible.
It's ok though because I had built up a good calorie deficit in previous days, but I really need to find filling low-cal foods. I love the Amy's brand of vegetarian microwave entrees. I'm thinking I'm going to invest heavily in some stuff like that....
