Ok so I blew it today. I was doing so well... at about 4pm, I'd only had 1000 calories. I had an easy 1600 calorie deficit built up... then temptation struck. I went to a local market/deli here in New Orleans to buy some groceries. And then I went to the deli, and bought a "Cuban" deli sandwich. My friend bought some specialty cheese dip (It was soooo good!)... So I ended up eating about 3/4 of the cheese dip & half the cuban sandwich.
I'm going to get on the treadmill to try to work off some of what I ate. I'm probably at or above my RDI for the day.... we'll see what happens.
