Good news…my physical therapist gave me a homework assignment for this weekend - go to the driving range and wack a few balls. 🏌️♀️⛳️ (I broke my shoulder in two places the day before Thanksgiving.) Yay! I started golfing a few years ago for fun and thought this injury might have benched me for eternity. I’m so glad it didn’t and the work I’ve put in to regain my mobility and strength has paid off! I think it helped that I used my putter for a couple of the exercises. 😂 I think it will be a while before my shoulder is fully back, but I’m really thankful for how it’s healing. Our bodies are amazing! 🙏👆
