OK, tonight I officially started to follow the hundred pushups program.
I did the first day of the first week: Set 1 - 10 Set 2 - 12 Set 3 - 6 (Supposed to do 7, but my daughter jumped on top of me after 6 and I was not ready) Set 4 - 7 Set 5 - 12 (This set, you are supposed to do as many as you can, with a minimum of 9) Total - 47
Not bad for me. I had been doing 30-33 a night for a bit, and that seemed like a lot. Now I'm supposed to skip tomorrow, then do 5 sets resulting in 50 pushups.
Eating wise, I have gone back to my regular diet of around 1500ish calories, under 35pts/day. Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be after a couple of days of snacking so much, but was easier because I knew I had to do it.
