Hi everyone Day 14 , Had a bit of a relapse last night had one cup of cubed water melon late at night was craving sugar but still within cal & low carb limit didn’t weigh myself because I’ve decided to do so every Friday to avoid disappointment we all know women have water retention hormonal issues in their 40s and lots of ups & downs that affect weight loss not to mention stress … well that’s what I can’t control external environment can be toxic … so am now walking on egg shells all the time … know it’s temporary Anyway IF all day till lunch that will be around 5 pm I already planned dinner which is around 10pm late but night owl is my middle name it’s the time when I can truly relax and not be on edge ( everyone is sleeping) very pleased with the way the new coping mechanism not food snacking it’s planning for the future …
