When I was a teenager I chewed so much Dentyne gum my dentist could not believe how white my back teeth were! He was really impressed!! LOL

I chew gum ANY time I have it in sight but my issue is I sometimes lose coordination and bite my tongue or inside of my mouth if I chew it too often. Sounds dumb but I can’t do anything and chew gum at the same time 😂😂

moko i did that running last week. didnt bring a fresh piece so my mouth got dry. had a big sore for a few days because you cant just bite the same spot once.... ow! haha

Same I buy my gum in bulk as well!! I love gum but I also found on this journey if I start to feel hungry I'll chew gum and drink some water and it holds me over so that's definitely a bonus!
