I need to get some better food for work. Something I like, and that I can judge better to keep my points down during work.
When I previously was losing weight, I was able to keep my work time pts around 15 or less. They have been over 20 so far, mostly because I have Pizza Rolls, White Castle Burgers, and Bread here to eat on.
One thing that really helped me was having the Lean Cuisine meals. They were predefined, and I could wrap my head around the fact that "This is what is for lunch, and I will be happy with that."
Right now, we are trying to cook more meals at home. This has been our Achilles Heal for some reason, and may require more attention than my need to minimize points at work. I believe cooking more at home, will eventually help me at work.
We'll see. As soon as I am able to finish eating (waste not, want not) the food I have at work, then I'll think about what would be best at work. Maybe a FS buddy will help me create a list of stuff that would be easy to prepare at work, would fill me sufficiently, and not be too bad. :)
