I had been not super hungry when I take this medication. I sometimes eat light when I know I'm not. Whenever I'm not hungry I usually go off someplace else. I'm not thinking about food all the time like I used to. So let's hope I can stick to this

I’m glad the new medication is helping. I know that few people want to go the medication route but at this point it is important to get the weight off while simultaneously working at developing healthier eating habits. It seems that you are doing great. Keep up the good work. Continue trying to be consistent with your physical activity and strength training.
