I went way over my calories today my calories a day was 21 75 way too many hopefully I can do better tomorrow I know I can

I'm 41 years old, male, 161cm tall. The average calorie intake is 2000 kcal. Even a small man is able to maintain his weight with this calorie intake. So I don't know what the height difference is, but if you are bigger than me, I think your calorie intake is fine.✨ ▽<|b✨

I am 58 and stand 5 ft 6 I know that I can still lose weight at 2,000 calories a day but I prefer to stay between 1,000 and 1100 they have me set at 1800 but I don't like eating that much thank you though for the information you gave.

How about reaching a happy medium at about 1500 and see how that goes. At your current calories your body may not be getting the nutrition you need. What is your activity level.

You really do not want to drop that low. You're body will go in to starvation mode and you will truly destroy your metabolism. Have you considered taking a look at your macros and adjusting to eat that way. If you want changes you need to do things that are long term sustainable. :) best of luck and just wanted to share some advice

Maybe too much cottage cheese. Half a cup each of veggies when you have 2. 5 to 6 oz broiled or grilled meat. Well at least I'm trying to do a better job myself. I don't always get her done.
