I have been sticking really well the last few days to a high protein and low fat/carb diet and it seems to be working. I might up the cal intake though as I am a bit too tired at the end of the day.

Did yoga x yesterday as was able to stretch a bit more and have better form on more of the moves as well. The first portion felt like it went by a little quicker as well.
104,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 18,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
