Went up a little on the weight, but not that big of a deal. I ate a good amount of snacks yesterday. It was in celebration of my birthday. Had some folks over and played games.
I ended up eating a few too many brownies, but my reasoning was that there will not be another day in which I have a "reason" to do so for quite some time, so I took advantage of my fictional reasoning. :)
Did Kenpo X yesterday and really enjoyed it. Was drenched in sweat by the end of it. I kept up through most of the video. May have had my timing off a little and wasn't as quick as the trainers on some moves to where I had to continue for a few moves after they had finished.
Probably not gonna do X Stretch this Sunday as it feels good to just veg for a day.
