Dear Red Sunset Sailors,
Ok, road block ahead! I am pre-confessing that this may not be a perfect day! My husband has arranged for us to take 1/2 day off work and go to Asheville, NC this afternoon. We are going to the Biltmore Estates for a Christmas Candelight Dinner and Tour. I'm super excited but I can't even think about the points value for food. The positive is that the estate is huge with plenty of walking and stairs!

My plan: I ate a light breakfast, exerciesd this morning and will have a light lunch. While we are on our excursion I plan to have a little of anything I want (glass of wine, cheese, dessert, etc..) but not a lot of anything. Limbo may be out for me today!

As any good warrior would do, I have a battle plan and will stick to the plan. I'll not let my team down!! Redrum!!!

Great plan! Concentrate on the foods that look REALLY special, and bypass some of the rest. You can have cheese any old time! Unless it's SPECIAL cheese. :)

Having a plan is a great way to keep on top of it! Core foods are also a good way to keep the points low. Have fun! :)
